This is either cruel irony, or one more example of why guys should pay closer attention to women's instincts. Or both.
59-year-old Barry Strang of Casper, Wyoming wanted to buy a motorcycle his entire life. But his wife Pam would never let him . . . she said it was just too dangerous.
Well, after refusing for 38 years, she finally gave in. So late last month, Pam took Barry to a dealership where he bought a 2013 Harley-Davidson. Then she left to run an errand, while Barry planned on driving his new bike around town for a while.
And on his way home from the dealership . . . just three miles into his first ride . . . he hit a tractor-trailer and was instantly KILLED.
Pam says she'd gotten a bad feeling as soon as she left the dealership, so she actually turned around and went back. But on the way, she heard sirens and somehow KNEW what had happened.
Despite the tragic amount of irony, Pam says she isn't angry about what happened. Quote, "It was something he wanted his whole life. [He] went out with the biggest smile on his face."
